At Varitosia, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience for returns and exchanges, applicable only to specified product categories purchased on Varitosia.com. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for products. Refunds are initiated once the returned product undergoes inspection at our facility.

Return Policy

While we meticulously inspect our shipments before dispatch, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of returns and replacements at the discretion of Varitosia. It's important to note that products purchased with affiliate discounts are subject to the return policy outlined at the time of voucher redemption through the affiliate program."

  1. We offer a convenient 3-day easy-return window for eligible products. Make sure to review the returns policy specified for each product before placing your order.

  2. Please note that certain items, (like candles, fertilizers), as well as breakable items (such as ceramic, glass, stone, acrylic), are non-returnable, regardless of the standard returns policy.

  3. If you've received a damaged or incorrect product that falls under the non-returnable category, don't hesitate to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Our team is dedicated to assisting you.

  4. For all return requests or instances of receiving damaged or incorrect products, it's essential to provide photos/videos showcasing the product and its packaging. You can share these with us via WhatsApp or through our dedicated returns portal.

  5. Ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact and in unused condition. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return packaging matches what was initially received.

  6. Refunds will be initiated promptly upon receiving the returned product and completing a quality check. Please allow up to 15 days from the date of initiating the return request for the refund to be processed, based on our best efforts.

  7. Please be aware that many of our products are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in each piece being unique. As a result of this artisanal process, slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products. These natural variations are not considered defects and are ineligible for return or replacement."


    Exchange Policy

    We don't offer exchanges for the products. You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new product.

    At Varitosia, we prioritize your convenience with our seamless return pick-up policy. Crafted to streamline the return process, save you time, and provide peace of mind, our policy ensures a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

    To initiate a return pick-up, simply submit a request via our website, email us at varitosia@gmail.com, or reach out to us via WhatsApp within 3 days from the delivery date, for returnable, damaged, or incorrectly received products. Please include your order number, product images, and reason for return to expedite the process.

    All return requests undergo approval by the Varitosia team. For a successful return, ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Retain the original packaging and product tags for a smooth return process.

    During the pick-up, our delivery agent will conduct a basic quality check. If the product fails to meet our quality standards, the pick-up may be refused at the discretion of the agent.

    Prioritize secure packaging to prevent any loss or damage during transit; the responsibility for safe packaging lies with you. Our pick-up service aims to collect the items within 5 business days from your request date.

    Upon receipt of the returned item(s), if it passes our quality check, your return request will be processed promptly.

    Cancellation of Return Request

    Should you wish to cancel a return request, kindly contact our Customer Service team at Varitosia@gmail.com. If the logistics service provider arrives for the pick-up and you decide to cancel the request, you can inform them accordingly to halt the return process."
