While we endeavor to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, we'll assist you in tracking your package through our partner courier services.
Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations, resulting in separate packages, but rest assured, you'll only incur one delivery fee for the entire order. Once your package is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you have specific time-sensitive delivery requirements, please inform us via email and include comments in your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times.
Orders within India are handled by trusted courier companies like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping. However, please be aware that our coverage is contingent upon their service areas. If your address falls outside their reach, we'll contact you to explore alternative delivery options.
Cancellation requests must be emailed within 4 hours of order placement. Once an order is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds will not be processed for orders cancelled at the doorstep or after 3 failed delivery attempts by our partners.
